That's the weird thing.. you don't. In WoW, there were different races that are easily identifiable.. in AoC, everyone looks like everyone else.. and even look like most of the NPCs. I've almost ganked a guildmate quite a few times. :)

Yea.. if you jump from a high distance, you die when you hit.


You can't run through people like you do in WoW?

No.. you have to move around people. Going to be fucking horrible in raids of 28 people I imagine.

With the exception of that maneuver.. there really is no use for the early mounts imo. Give your gold to the guild, cheap bastard!

Damn...that video is almost enough for me to want to play AoC. Just like the guy summoning the living bomb in the auction house video almost made me want to play WoW. Hilarious indeed!

Tried it on my mamoth mount. I guess they don't kick, they do that 'trumpet their stupid trunk' feature.

That's 3x the amount I have currently.. but I'm giving every silver I have to the guild for the fortress. Gold SUCKS ASS until like level 60+ I hear. I think I've generated a grand total of 1 gold from level 1 to 50.

In all honesty I'd wait a month or two. I love the game and I'm not cancelling my subscription or anything but there are a shitload of bugs and glitches with the thing that need to be worked out.


Added: By bugs I don't mean problems with the program itself or anything just missing stuff. Skills aren't working properly, a lot of the feats are messed up right now. Hell my dark templar can't even renew his spells until they drop.

Necro buffs are all kinds of fucked up after the last patch.

My FPS jumped by another 30 with that patch thou, so I'll take a few fucked up buffs for better overall performance.

Yeah, my fiance said that he got up to one gold at one point, but then spent most of it on something. He's level 49 I think.

I really like AoC so far, which is awesome since I haven't really liked any other MMO's i've tried since DAoC. I'm still on noob island though since I haven't had much time to play, what with school and spending time trying to sell out of GS :/

Yeah I actually made a gold the other night but we had to pay a gold to be in the grind group so its gone again!! (pss Falgrin I am still higher than you!!)

Another funny thing is some of the spells there is one I think from necros called corpse explosion. You will wait till a group aoe's a bunch of mobs and all the people gather around it to get the loot the necro runs in casts this spell and heh everyone dies!!
