Spent 2 weeks working out a licensing agreement with a company for software. Last minute they add "is work made for hire" to a paragraph (after being told I retain copyright). Two weeks wasted. Told them goodbye.

My most recent debacle is getting a contractor to run multiple copies of a piece of software on a virtual machine within a virtual server since I only have one license for both.

Working with law firms who are the funding approver for closing transactions suck.

Dealing with impatient buyers who have no idea what the process is for closing a real estate transaction is - but they want things done yesterday... sucks.

I'd rather be home today - its a perfect sucky monday. :(
