Spellup script + AFK script

I use Stormfront, and need a script that automatically lets a wizard cast all the standard "spellup" spells for one person, plus using wracking when running low on mana. Also, I need a standard "AFK" script for keeping IG since I'm inept with scriptwriting. Any help would be appreciated! PM me or post here if you have these.

Or you could press Ctrl+R and put it into RestMode to stop you form being logged due to inactivity.

If you want a spellup script I need to know how much mana you have and if you have all the "standard" spells for a wizard.

Or you can install psinet and type SPELLUP AUTO <person> and call it done.
