Bout 8 hours ago I had poured and it read 1 hour. So I came back thinking more than enough time had passed. When I 405'ed it, it still wasn't ready.

So...

You remove a dirtokh potion from in your sack.
>pour pot on tun
You pour your potion on the tunic.
You recognize the vibrant blue aura surrounding it as indicating a strong level of enchantment.
Judging from the manner in which the liquid reacts with the leather tunic, you are able to tell that is it already tempered. Carefully examination shows that it is on the final stage of the enchanting process and will be ready to enchant in roughly 3 hours.
You have 2 doses left.
>frown
You frown.
>pour pot on tun

You only have one dose left.

That was the last drop.
The dirtokh potion shatters into twinkling dust.

WHY THE FUCK DO THEY IMPLEMENT THINGS THAT DO NOT WORK?

i've had that happen a lot, don't waste potions by pouring it on just use elemental detection and wait until it says its ready.

I was told that when they last messed with enchanting they changed it so that pouring potions on your project to see how much longer till its ready was made less reliable and the initial time you get when you temper the item was made more accurate so it was switched. So best to keep logs of the time and date you last cast/tempered.

If the pour isn't reliable, they should have just taken it the fuck out. Some of these GMs are stupid.
