TWC bracers

Looking to purchase one of those twc activated bracers (ideally, two) that help out with dex and agility. Anyone have these stashed somewhere?

The TWC bracers have a bonus of 3 to strength and 2 to agility. The dex/agi bracers (3/3) were giantman only.

my bad. I thought the bracers help with dex and agi. I think she's referring to the ones that require 80 ranks of TWC to activate

I also believe it's higher than 80 ranks. Closer to 100, at least.
