If you join the UN, you can endorse people who you think have similar ideas as you. Every "region" gets a delegate who can bring new issues to the UN. You don't have to join the UN, but it's pretty cool.

It takes like less than five minutes to set up your nation.

Just be sure to move to Players Corneria when you're done.
