People have yet to post the BP needed to recharge the items found. I find it funny ;)

Can't tell yet. They all come fully charged, so the treasure master won't give a quote.

I'm unsure of these newer type items, but the old system had a set amount per "tier" (for lack of a better word) for how many charges would be in it at drop.

I'm sure you'll rebutt me, but I"m ok with since people will usually believe who they want anyways.
