"Du bist sehr shoen" would be "You are very beautiful".
Are you sure you had the right spelling, Neff?

I'm almost 100 percent positive that my version is an accepted spelling, yeah. But it's probably not the grammatically correct spelling.

That is probably why you could not figure out the translation. The correct spelling, according to my German friend, is schoen, not schen. ;)
