Not sure if this is the right place to ask but, this happened to my bard while hunting, and it raised her AS by 15. (I actually saw it happen twice.) She was with a cleric who had 307 and 310 running, could they have caused it?

You swing a sonic waraxe at an Illoke mystic!
AS: +400 vs DS: +87 with AvD: +29 + d100 roll: +93 = +435
... and hit for 140 points of damage!

If the cleric has blessing lore (they obviously do), there's a chance that 307 will add 15 to your AS for a swing.
