Preferably a rogue with LM mastered.

Whatever it is, needs to be able to pick -1000 easy enough. And disarm -400ish

Have cash, coins, trades of items and characters etc.

Not looking to spend top dollar or anything though.

AD, just have one of your premie guys from WL, and you already have a guy on Teras, just switch the boxes around after you save them up and I can pick for you.

Updated with info on his max lock/trap. Currently set up with 3x picking, so you wouldn't even need to burn his fixskills to get there. Also knows 403/404.
