I think it's funny that people will pay millions for altered fluff that is non-functional. Someone goes looking for a goat pin because it's functional and can be part of roleplay and suddenly it's a stupid item. As if kittens really DO anything.

I mainly wanted it for my rogue to pick sitting in my premium home. No trash can there and putting it on the boxes back on the ground screws up my picking script. Tables are great, you just drop it and do a "clean table" and the empties disappear. But, no tables on Teras. It is worth a few million to me to make the boxes go bye bye after he opens 'em.

Just in case you didn't know, the goatse pin won't eat certain boxes. I don't remember which ones, I just remember it turning its anus away from certain boxes.

Well, first off it won't eat boxes that have been disarmed. Not sure about boxes with trap components pulled since my rogue is only at 33rd rank of lockmastery.

Also, it does not seem to like silver boxes either.

Have you tried putting the uneaten box inside another one? If I recall correctly, that's how my rogue got around the one's that couldn't be eaten, just put it aside and drop it into the next one.

Yep. They don't care about the contents, just the main item. So if you see a box that they won't eat, put it in one you know they will. They love plain wood boxes so those are sure things.

You forgot Dwarves, gnomes, and halflings... Dwarves I've noted are alittle picky, but halflings, they'll eat anything that isn't nailed down, and alot of things that are!

Major Sanctuary is a great way to unload trash too. Disposable rooms ftw.

And just to reiterate, putting a non goatse pin edible item into an edible goatse pin item does work.

If you want a real trash can though, try and talk Tsin out of my old black silk bag. Damn Krovax for selling it to him for $800 :(

Holds 170, lockable without a key (close and turn to lock it), eats the items inside it if locked and rubbed, creates scripted lint for every 10 or so items it eats, and auto-hides you in any room with a cool first and third person script (including sancts and rooms you normally can't hide in), but you have to be holding it to do that, so using it for ambush isn't really viable unless you can hunt without a shield. Has a nice show too. Don't remember the loresong for it. It came from the original Foehn's Promise.

Only item I ever had that I regret selling except perhaps the undead rattle.

That's about it. There are two others, a white one and a golden one. Reife has the golden one. Can't remember who had the white one. I wanna say Fisdan but I don't think that's correct.

My white goat pin eats every single box unless it's been disarmed, then it won't touch it. Won't touch herbs either.
