So I just came back for the first time in 4 months and I got removed from the guild for not paying dues. That's fine and all but when I try to enter the Ta'Vaalor guild :
As you finish your work, the rune and its mate on the panel of chalcedony flare with a scintillating brilliance. You hear a sibilant voice whisper to you, "You are not yet prepared for this journey. Return when you have become more skilled in our arts." The runes fade, leaving no trace on the stone panels.
Lovely.
Do I need to go to Illistim or is the some out-of-guild procedure for regaining access?

Looks like a bug to me. It's telling you you're not the right level.

the entrance has always been wonky for non-members. might want to report it on the boards again. there's also a bug there where wizard runes are in the pool of random runes to draw. any PC guildmaster can initiate you, and you'd give us free xp. You can find me, Rheisia, Kelestra and Virilneus around Illistim.

Well I got back in the Guild by going to Illistim. Now I just have to curse my stars that I didn't save a stat reroll. My discipline is pathetic and I only have a bonus of 3. I can't do speed tasks :(

Anferis, your Adventurer's Guild information is as follows:
You currently have 25748 unspent bounty points.
You have accumulated a total of 26748 lifetime bounty points.
Not even close

The alternative short term to 1,000,000 BP's (been there, done that, drank the potion) is to get your DIS stat enhanced via your AvG badge. You can enhance the stat itself, or the bonus. Doing the stat itself is cheaper and lasts longer, but obviously gives less bang.
Another little trick that used to work is having someone teach you the illusion you need to do the speed reps for, prior to starting them. I honestly don't know if this works anymore, or if it ever did - it might have been all in my head.
OR. And I know you don't want to hear this, but. Get more levels under your belt and let the DIS stat rise naturally instead of beating your head against the wall with speed reps.

Well, I've been leveling without doing much guild work for a while now, I suppose I've gotten about 3 points up on my DIS bonus but that didn't help much. I knew I shouldn't have picked Elf :(
Duane takes your badge and peers at it through a large green crystal lens. He says, "I reckon it could enhance your Discipline Bonus by as much as 1 point in this state."
I managed to get 2 roses in about 15 tries.

Is this so you can master illusions?
It's so not worth it, trust me.

Yeah, I think it'd be the only thing I've actually accomplished other than titling.
Plus I'd like to be able to hide my extremely mega useless demon.

I don't want to make a new thread, so I'll just ask here and hope someone answers...
Necromancy or Demonology?
With fixskills coming up I was planning transferring my demonology points to necromancy. Now I'm dubious about it for some reason so I just wanted to get another opinion. Are there spells that aren't mentioned on play.net that are affected by the lores and which do you prefer?

I did, but I ended up going up to 63 in demonology for the phase/shift benefits.
50/50 isn't a bad split. You're going to want more necro if you want to make your AD worth a damn.

Yeah a 12 minute duration at level 30 with 1xing Necro seems kind of... bad. .5xing It'd be elevenish?
