[Temple Wyneb, Calvaria]
A fluttering at the edge of your vision draws your eye upward, where it hits upon a swaying canopy of bats clinging to the ceiling as they rest. It would probably be prudent to let them sleep, rather than risk the disease even a single bite might inflict. You also see a wooden arrow and a hunch-backed dogmatist.
Also here: Lord Edaarin
Obvious exits: southeast, west
>
Lucos just arrived.
>
A hunch-backed dogmatist nods his head toward you!
A hunch-backed dogmatist hurls a roaring ball of fire at you!
AS: +348 vs DS: +175 with AvD: +22 + d100 roll: +1 = +196
... and hits for 13 points of damage!
Minor burns to back. Feels uncomfortable.
The roaring ball of fire strikes you, blossoming into a much larger sphere of flame upon impact.
... 20 points of damage!
Nasty burns to chest make you wish you never heard of heartburn.
You are stunned for 3 rounds!
!S>
Lucos just went southeast.
!S>
A hunch-backed dogmatist swings a tarnished invar kaskara at you!
You block the attack with your shield!
!S>
Edaarin crouches, sweeps a leg at a hunch-backed dogmatist and connects!
MS: +299 - MD: +219 + MAvA: 0 + d100: +97 == +177
Success!
A hunch-backed dogmatist falls to the ground! Edaarin deftly regains his footing.
!S>'mother of pearl
You are still stunned.
!S>Edaarin removes a single wooden arrow from a bundle of wooden arrows.
!S>
Edaarin nocks a wooden arrow in his gleaming ruic yumi.
Edaarin fires a wooden arrow at a hunch-backed dogmatist!
AS: +385 vs DS: +247 with AvD: +33 + d100 roll: +91 = +262
... and hits for 93 points of damage!
Beautiful shot pierces both lungs, the hunch-backed dogmatist makes a wheezing noise, and drops dead!
The hunch-backed dogmatist rises to his knees. "Why hast ye forsaken me m'lord, served you well I did!" beckons the dogmatist in a desperate prayer.

Silence hangs heavy in the air as the dogmatist exhales his final breath, collapsing lifelessly to the ground.
The wooden arrow sticks in a hunch-backed dogmatist's chest
Edaarin searches a hunch-backed dogmatist.
A hunch-backed dogmatist crumbles in upon himself, his skin flaking away as if it only served as an outer shell.
!>You wearily say, "Mother of pearl .
Edaarin chuckles.

Ok I would like to show there that Edaarin keeps things out of the game. I don’t care if people bring things in game out because that doesn’t bother me, if people didn’t we would have nothing to talk about. I would like to say though that there are half of you who think bringing things out of the game in are fun for you. I will not do that and I just chuckle to myself on how pathetic it makes you and go on. Praise to Edaarin. I know we do not get along, but I have respect for him in this way.

This is all I will post on this subject. I hope that those who bring the boards in the game look dumb and immature to themselves…I don’t care how others view them. Edaarin is a fine example that is all.

HAAHAAHAA

I don’t know of anyone here that has brought the boards into the game Sarah. I currently don't even have a character in the town you're in. We brought the game to the boards because SURPRISE! This is a GAME message board!

Once again, if you would just leave our characters the fuck alone, it's likely we wouldnt give two shits about you.

... is your post.

Where's the log-clip of someone bringing the boards in game? Or are you making profilactic, generalized statements?

Chances are, people you think are bringing the boards in-game are actually just pissed off at something you did back in the day and completely forgot about. You can't tell me that you can list every last person who you've pissed off-- just won't happen.

-Fizzan's Player, ya'll know me...

From what I could gather, she was thanking him because he may have some sort of problem with her on the boards but still saved her in a hunting ground without thinking twice about it.

edaarins a nice guy like that ... but just remeber just because someone doesnt help you doesnt mean its from the boards. its some characters nature just not to be helpful.

X I know you don't speak English primarily but I have no idea what you said.

Tijay's comment about some characters not helping because it's their nature is his own attempt to cover his own ass cause his cleric is a coldhearted lazy bum.

I do try to separate game from OOG, thanks for your comment. I see my rogue as a general nice guy even though he's sort of shady, but that doesn't mean I won't cut your head off if you push me hard enough. Just ask Warclaidhm, heheh. There are really very few people that have pissed me off to the point where I make a point of ignoring, not helping, or calling out. Warclodh, Haashek, Klaive, Falgrin...

Eddarin would probably helped anyone beside people on his red list (which we don't know)

Teeoncy shouldn't brag about it then

That's what i meant

Ah, gotcha. The supermeganowhere part kinda threw me off.

I lost my red list when I reset my hard drive, so almost everyone is back to square one with me except the gruesome twosome. I'll leave you all to figure out who they are.

Is it true Edaarin that you are Vif's son?

Edaarin
12-24-2003, 09:08 PM
Just because I'm young enough to be someone's son doesn't mean I am. Like you could be my grandmother, but you're not.
