Red Armor Vs. Exceptionally crit padded plate

So the Red armor incredibly super duper padded versus Exceptionally crit padded plate, which would you pick? Frankly, I have only died three or four times from my 0-100 level time playing my warrior... I have died countless times to bloodloss (I'm an delf warrior). When I tried out some incredibly damage padded plate I was getting hit at 200 endrolls with 1 point of damage... I was in heaven. So which is it for you and your justiifcation?

P.S. Anyone know how much the red armor goes for nowadays any recent sale of it?

With sunfist you can now have the red armor with HCP, which would make it about the best armor ever for a warrior.
