I am leaving the game. I have already given my possessions to a couple of friends in the game, and gave my money away.

But, before I go away for good, I have seven or eight deeds left...

I want to die in the game in hunting areas I have no business being in.

Haaplo is a 25th-level sorcerer, and I want to see some of the hunting areas some of you senior characters hunt in. I fully expect to die, but there is no need for a rescue, as I will just decay upon death.

I can travel to any city, and I have Four Winds Access. Some of the areas I'm interested in are: War Griffins, Ithzirs, Kirimons, Skull Temple, Blighted Forest, Maaghara Labyrinth, Frozen Tundra (Tundra Giants, or whichever ones use your corpse as a bobsled), The Rift, Eye of V'Tull, Thanatoph Bowels, and similar areas.

I had to memorize the last nine lines of William Cullen Bryant's Thanatopsis for a final I took last night, which inspired me to do this:

So live, that when thy summons comes to join
The innumerable caravan, which moves
To that mysterious realm, where each shall take
His chamber in the silent halls of death,
Thou go not, like the quarry-slave at night,
Scourged to his dungeon, but, sustained and soothed
By an unfaltering trust, approach thy grave,
Like one who wraps the drapery of his couch
About him, and lies down to pleasant dreams

If you are interested in taking me on a tour, just PM me and let me know.

Thanks.

I think a few of those areas have minimum ages to enter, like OTF, Skull Temple, Maaghara Tower, The Rift, and maybe others.

Best way to see areas in which you don't belong is to have a sorcerer animate you and walk you through the grounds.

Is that an offer? That sounds good to me too. I really want to see them, and I don't mind dieing, but I would like to see some action too.

I can RP the whole animation thing for fun.

Evarin has only done that for someone once, and he considered it a very large favor to the person. It would take a good amount of interaction between the characters before he would consider doing it.

I'm sure other Near/Capped sorcerers would be more accomodating. You can animate players regardless of level as so long as you know the spell.

I understand. The problem with any sorcerer animating me is I would prefer the one doing it to be high enough in level that they can walk me through the areas I want to see before I leave...

But I understand where you're coming from. From an RP perspective, I can understand you not animating just anyone for that purpose alone, especially considering the culture you play your Dark Elf with. Thanks anyway.
