Not so much a price check as more info.

That's an Anfelt weapons case. All of the tools are scripted to let you clean up your weapon, typically those with a blade. If done in the correct order, you'll get a message, but it's not necessary for the tools to work. There's no real mechanical benefit that I can see, but they're neat to keep around.
