Tied just below the nock at the top of the weapon are several deep blue, dyed eagle feathers that are worked into narrow, plaited strips of crimson suede. Ki-lin horn bridges are glued to the belly side, as supports for string loops. The expertly crafted bow has viper skin wrapped about the handles, and etched writing can be seen through the almost transparent horn. The bow is strung with a thick whipcord bowstring.
You also notice an enchanter's mark.

Wasn't sure if I'd get to update today. Had a really scary day yesterday... mom had a stroke and pneumonia... scariest day of my life. But she is a lot better today, breathing on her own and whatnot so after 2 hours of sleep I decided to finally come home, catch up on a few things, sleep then head back up there.
