Okay, so I'm looking to buy a custom made shirt (probably t-shirt) and I'm looking for a place I can get good quality custom t-shirts.
Cafe press and all the usual suspects seemed a bit with shoddy quality. Any suggestions? They need to be able to do pictures and letters.
Top of the shirt:
"All your base are belong to us"
with a box of brillo pads under that.
Any suggestions?

Yeah........... don't make it.
Or swap out the brillo pads and put maxi pads or tampons in and then make it.

You know, I'd love to wear that.
Unfortunately, that shirt just asks if I can hang out with guys and do activities that would yeild me a reach around. :(

I think it's rather funny that you want a top quality shirt with that quote/image on it. If anything, it would work better on a crappy t-shirt.

Not top quality, per se.
I just hate how the picture comes out shiney and stiff in the fabric. Shit just ain't comfortable.

I still say go with airbrushing. You can probably get that at your local mall.
