I'm currently residing in RR (it just makes sense for hunting) and have 42 ranks of warcries but I can never find a teacher. If you'd be willing to meet me in RR or FWI occasionally for long walks on the beach or just a warcry lesson, I can offer you full wizard spell ups in return.
