Lich: Sigil Durations and Spell.active?

How do you modify the current build to include the Sigil Durations via the Spell.active? command?

It'd be insanely helpful.

If I understand the question, just edit your "spell-list.txt" file. It's in your script directory and contains all the information for spell-like effects.
