If the item gives a bonus to TD, add (2 * TD bonus) * 100 to the cost.

That's directly from "premium 9" about costs to PP enchant something, for those that were asking.

(2 * 20) * 100 = 4000 + 500 = 4500 points to get it to 1x/4x apparently.

Actually that's not what happened when I had a shield of mine upped via PP...

I had a 0x/4x soul black krodera shield..cool color I liked it...

When it got finished with the first of two PP enchants, it was +3 DS, +22 TD...

Confusing..but the numbers added to a total of +5 so I didn't bother caring....got it enchanted AGAIN..

This time...it was +5 DS and +25 TD. SO weird.

Maybe that's how it'll work for you. I donno. Was quite a while ago on this for me. Good luck selling it!

Whoa... sounds like they were splitting the enchant like Zelnorn items do. I was under the impression that ONLY the physical DS portion was enchanted and not the TD bonus. Interesting.

1x/5x armor would be hot and cost like 9500 PPs if that formula is right for the armor.

You can't enchant TD portions of shields at all with PP.. Not sure about armor but I would bet it's the same. I just tried a shield less than a month ago and was told you can ONLY enchant the DS part. The formula counts the TD as about the same as padding and the 3x/6x shield that I just sold was quoted at 9000 to be 4x/6x.. Only +5 more to DS for like 40-50m which was why I never enchanted it.

No. Padding/flaring/TD/AS bonuses take up the same slot.

But the 4x TD bonus is HUGE. I would rather run around in a 10x TD 0x enchant non-padded armor.

I'm curious what the CVA of this armor is...

Unenchanted MBP would be -10 CVA while enchanted is -18.

Does the TD bonus allow it to count as enchanted?

The CvA is -10 such as un-enchanted armor has. I would assume that enchanting it would bring it to the -18, but i could be wrong?

I recently posted on the officials in the premium area about getting it enchanted and they suggested getting a GM to check the armor for costs, and to find out what could be enchanted, so currently i'm in the assist referal queue.

Yeah depends on the circle the spell is cast from as to which TD gets used.

All of the TD bonus items I've seen are to all TD.
