So I got a MotoRazr V3a

It seems to have some sort of protection programmed in so I cannot use sounds I downloaded via bluetooth as a ringtone. They have it so I have to buy it from their CellTop or Axcess Apps or whatever it is.

How do I bypass this?

Well this wasn't a thread to trash the phone, or say something else is better. I barely use a cell phone enough for it to matter. I just wanna know how to get a decent ring tone without paying those dumbass's extra money.

You'll have to hack the phone and buy the USB cord to put ringtones on. I'm not sure how to do it with your phone, was a pain in the ass with my LG.

Which company is yours with? I know I've put ringtones on my mom's via bluetooth.

OK, new question.

I bought this phone outright. All I need Alltel for is the service.

What can they do if I hack the phone? Will they stop service etc? Can they sue me?

Unless your hacking the phone to fuck their systems up or get yourself free service then your fine. I assume if your hacking it to drop your MP3's into it your not really doing shit that they care about.
