Ok, so my brother and I just started playing again. He's been much more into it than I over the years but now we want to start hunting together more.

I love rogues, I've made and played them in several forms. dual wielding dwarf, ranged half elf, katana user, and sword and board. That said, I really want to be able to hunt with him, but the hiding and ambushing get tough with sharing kill xp. Mostly now, I ambush a leg, join him, and let him smack it then I have to attack from open. Is there a better way to hunt with a partner as a rogue? I was considering ranged from open, as i know a ranger that hunts that way.
Oh, we are both in low-mid 20s.

Any suggestions as to how we can group easier. I dont much care how I have to hunt with him. Like I said I have a few different types of rogues, all from 19-22.

Thanks,

Vyral

Get him to leg them then you ambush neck.

Oh, .. perhaps I should mention that he plays a Paladin and a cleric. That might help I'm the one with the rogue addiction.

Ranged would probably be easier from the open. The AS/DS bonuses from paladin or cleric spells should do nicely to help you out.

The hiding group mechanics are broken and need to be fixed, but that is a problem that has existed since before GS3. I really wish they would fix it, but I don't know that they ever will.
