These came from the Icemule caravan, but he added the padding. I have a couple of the unpadded version in my auction, btw :D

How much (if any) was the pp surcharge to add the padding?

The nice thing about the armor is, since it's imflass, they should let me lighten it more than they would with standard brig (or even FGB)...

And Izzy is correct, it did come from the Icemule caravan, and yes I did have the padding added to it. Although, I think I'll have one of my other sets enchanted via PP's once or twice, then have the padding added.
