I'm a fucking Zillow addict. I look at my house price, I look at houses my friends own, I look at random ass houses. I'm addicted.

Not only that, but usually Zillow is fairly wrong pricewise, but I can't find a better service for free. Are there any better services out there?

I like that it can calculate prices of improvements to give you a better appreciation for what your home is really worth, as opposed to the asshole real estate idiots who come in and low ball you these days so that you'll freak out and sell or something...I don't know.

So I looked up my parents house.. and they have the wrong house listed.

I checked my parents house - they have a picture of the right house, but they have the info wrong. Wrong number of bathrooms, makes no mention of the cottage in the back. It's pretty undervalued too according to what my mom had it priced at last year, unless values have dropped like 200k in a year?

I been using this site for a long time. Its nice and helpful when looking for real estate.

They don't have the most current property information. Tax information was correct on houses I used for tests but everything else was inaccurate. They didn't list most recent sales, didn't have property features correct. Might get you in the ballpark but if you find inaccuracies in your neighborhood like the ones I found- assume its estimates are low. Really low.

It was a little low on the estimate for my mom's house. Dead on for mine.. neat site.
