I am looking in some player shops, and I keep seeing verbiage like, "It imparts a bonus of +XX more than usual."
The way it reads, it sounds like if it is already made of a metal that provides a +20 bonus, then it has been further enchanted to provide +XX beyond that.
Here is an example:
a rune-etched black rolaren shield interspersed with razor-sharp golvern spikes - 4,000,000 silvers
It imparts a bonus of +25 more than usual.
Rolaren provides +20. Has this shield been further enchanted by +25 to provide a total bonus of +45, or has it been enchanted to provide a total of +25 (further enchant of +5)?
Basically, is it 5X or 9X?
Thanks.
