I realize it's unusual for the PC to be down for nearly a day, however for it to be down on a slow Friday was really bad timing.

I can tell you all from experience, thas' not what IP bans look like. You'll still see the page, you'll just get a statement informing you of said ban, then directing you to speak to the admin, whenever you try to look at/do anything to the page. BOOP BEEP BOOP!
