Official: Troll's Blood (1125)

Specifically, when it heals a wound, there is a chance, based upon skill in Spiritual Lore, Blessings, that it will also heal the scar. Group members will also receive this benefit based upon the Empath's skill.

What effects 1101's Rt? Transformation lore doesn't seem to. They said that Level won't be effecting rt anymore.. So is it Spell ranks? Anyone know?

It's spell ranks and Transformation lore.

No they don't. Maybe it is just spell ranks but tran lore has nothing to do with it. I still have instant migration and with 26 Ranks of Tran lore it is 8 sec rt and with 0 ranks it is still 8 sec rt.

Heh Seeing as I do have the Instant Migration I tested it out... Neither Spell Ranks or Tran lore has anything to do with it. With Tran lore at 0 and Empath Rank at 1 it is still 8 seconds.

Edited: It is also not First Aid.

In addition, the formula of Mental Lore, Transformation reducing healing roundtime will be revisited. Level will no longer be a factor; it will now use Empathic spell ranks (capped at level). The previous reduction based upon level, and now spell ranks, will be slightly less than what it was before. However, the reduction based upon Transformation lore will increase to one second for every three ranks.

That excerpt is for Healing spells (1102 - 1105, 1111 - 1115).

1101 is not one of those numbers.

So, while that applies to all the other healing spells, apparently it doesn't apply to blood loss.

I'd post on the officials about it...either it was omitted on purpose, and then maybe someone with the answer will answer, or it was omitted on accident, and someone will fix it.

1101 might still be on level (for some insane reason) as my empath doesn't take 8 seconds to cure blood loss.
