WTB: Two handed weapon

I know literally nothing about knockout flares, are they really worth that much? If you could give me a little more info on it I would be willing to buy it, but right now I'm on the fence. Is it the combination of perfect forging and flares that make it that much? That sounds more likely. How much do perfect forged mattocks without flaring go for?

The last heavy tempered greataxe I owned I think I paid 1.5mil and I felt ripped off cause the going rate was 1mil. Have those really inflated that much?

Yes, they have. Consider that fel-hafters are 7m, and tempered's are just a 2h version... I say 5m is right about their value now, and fair at that. (Again, relying on current pricing standards)

EDIT: Even then, you may have to go up to 6 to find a seller, which wouldn't shock me at all.

Not as interested in greataxes, not at that price, gonna see if I can't scrape together the money for that imflass mattock.

Yeah people used to try that fel hafter comparison back in the day too, but they are two different weapon types so it's really not the same thing.

The fel hafters are closer to 8-10 now. I sold a 4x hcw mace for 9m, and a 5x version of a fel hafter for 15m

The mattocks are a bit more rare as far as I know.

But the 4x perfect weapons for for several mil. And the KO flares are very very rare, as they are pretty new. Basically you hit them on the head/neck area for it to activate, and then it flares. I haven't tested it though as I don't use two handers.

So if it hits the head/neck, it's a guaranteed flare? And it will never flare on another body part?

Any successful head, neck or eye shot give it the CHANCE to flare... flares will daze, stun and/or knockdown the target and generally give a damage spiel from the unbalance or crush crit tables.

They don't flare anywhere else on the body and they don't flare every time.

Handy, but kinda redundant on a big hammer... I usually find whacking something in the face with a mattock/maul is enough to stun all on it's own.

6m is still a pretty decent price though, especially on a perfect mattock.

Yep Fel-hafters are up to 8 minimum now. And like someone above said a tempered heavy greataxe is the same thing, in twohanded flavor.
