Official: Updates to Human Race

Coinciding with the release of the Tehir document expansion, I am pleased to two updates for the Human race:

* Language mechanics for the Tehir culture
* A new Human culture: the Shakat

1) Half-elven restrictions on culture and language updates - We're looking into these

2) Tehir translation grid - We're looking into whether releasing the entire codex is appropriate.

3) The Shakat do not speak Tehir

Also, I'm a little disappointed that the Shakat won't be speaking Tehir.

Hi folks,

Half-Elves are now able to access the Tehir language (if Tehir culture) and Shakat culture options.
