Augmented chain armor value....Urglaes?

The tightly woven links in the armor are polished to a high sheen, making it flash brilliantly when light strikes it. Scarlet rubies are carefully inset into the collar. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.

28-35 million for the base being desirable by Rangers and Bards.

Someone out there has an urglaes longsword, maybe Shalimar or someone.

I got offered 22 mil on my 5x HCP aug chain and I thought that was a bit low.
