They run 75-100mill or so, I sold mine for around 80 if I can remember right.

I've seen those but those aren't Troll's Blood are they? The ones I've seen take 1 hit point every round to build a charge, and you can rub it for Heal 1 from what I recall.

I own one of the ruby items in Plat, and it's pretty cool. It has to be ACTIVATED though, so no blood in RT or stun.

I believe the hearts infuse.

Trolls heart give you blood every couple minutes, the more PT training you have the more you get per from what I noticed and a friend of mine, we did no official testing though.

The original item you talked about is usually referred to as the blood pendant.

Troll's hearts are cool items but it's more a status symbol, than something mechanically dominating. If you have the coin for it and don't have a 10x DB I'd buy that first.

Trolls Blood would be much more powerful in an item indeed, simply because of the way it can heal wounds, pull you out of stuns etc.
