Pulling audio from a video

Okay...I know this has to be possible but I wouldn't even know where to start.

I went to a concert the other day and I video taped 6 songs that the band played and they sound awesome. I wanted to pull the audio out of the video to make an mp3 just to have the live song to play on my ipod.

Anyone know what type of program I could use to strip the audio into an mp3? Or if you know how to do it, can I send you the videos and you strip it for me?

Download SUPER. Load the file, convert it into an MP3.

His idea is prolly faster I've never used SUPER. But Sony Vegas suite has it all if you can find it on a torrent.
