Citizenship Script?

I was wondering if anyone has a script for citizenship in Zul Logoth. In the past few days, my dwarf has bought pretty much one of everything (and many of a few others), and talked to a few NPCs. I wonder what else I need to do. It's been awhile since I gained citizenship in the Landing and Solhaven (with other characters). Plus, I think I pretty much never asked about it, but was ready for it when I asked.
