No.

All forging-hammers mithril and up are the same. Only quality effects them. Please do not use sancted slabs on crafting a forging-hammer. I cannot fathom anything else more uneconomical, besides using flaring/naturally weighted/eonake.

You'd be better off with just going vultite or an off-the-shelf if you're trying to get that impressive edge. It's pure fluff. Don't. Seriously don't. Novelty items are cool, but that's just overboard. If mining was released tomorrow and white ora slabs were added to the mix, and insta-genned ten thousand times in your inventory with /SILVER 1 1000000000, it still wouldn't be worth it.
