Ok... so... just went out to hunt in the toadwort to get some boxes for my noob... and I hit a string of 3 creatures, all of which died in two shots, with both shots hitting, and sticking in the same area each time, causing the same level of crit. This is with a level 5 rogue, with aim cleared.

What little water there was has seeped into the ground and the resulting mixture is very thick mud. A horde of midge larvae and various other infaunas slither and bump along the surface of the mud. You also see a Mistydeep siren.

The sounds of high-pitched mewling are muffled by the sounds of the rushing creek. Along the mud track, tiny footprints are clearly visible. Judging from the distinct dragging marks that are located behind each set of the footprints it appears that whoever created them also wears a long cloak or perhaps a robe. The perfectly shaped footprints lead directly toward the creek, where they suddenly disappear. Off in the distance the melodic sound of a woman singing in a high soprano voice can be heard.
