So, having finally sorted myself out and learned about what the procedure is (thanks again to everyone who answered), I'm ready to unload some silver.
I've got 44 million up for sale, $11 per million if in lots of under 10 million, $10 per million of you buy 10 or more.
PayPal is the way to go for payment.

In retrospect, I probably should have specified this as well: PM if you're interested in purchasing.

It's 40 million now, not 44.

Ok, so it's been quite a while and still no bites. I'm grappling with not pushing down silver prices and still creating incentive to buy, so here's what I've got in mind.
40 million silver total, currently:
$11 per million up to 9
$10 per million if you buy 10 or more
$9 per million if you buy 20 or more

Since that may not seem like much incentive, here's the kicker: obviously I've never sold silver on these boards, so I don't have any kind of rep here. Here's what I'm proposing: as a gesture of good faith, if any of you more frequent buyers/sellers are willing to vouch for me, I'll sell you the first 5 million silver for $8.50 a pop, and will deliver the silver before you make the PayPal payment, rather than after (which I understand is usually the norm). PM me or post if you're interested.

Be careful who you do this with, though. Make sure they have a decent rep here before you start handing over silvers without payment. You need to protect yourself too :P

That's why I was shooting for someone who makes these kinds of transactions more frequently (and well, heh).

And based on a PM I got, I realized I wasn't clear in how I worded the incentive. That first 5 million is independent of whatever else you buy (e.g. if you're the first buyer and wanted, say 10 million, it'd be 5 at $8.50 and 5 at $11). After someone claims that first chunk (I'll post when they do), tiers go as they did in my updated post.

Easy transaction, good business, A+++++++++++.
Or something like that. I never was good at ebay feedback.

I appreciate the feedback, and there's now 20 million left. The pricing tiers I previously laid out apply, i.e. the 5 million for $8.50 each offer is no longer on the table.

Back up to 20 million. Woo, trimming the locker fat and selling gems.

Still got 20 million left. Come on folks, a 1L's gotta eat.

Down to the last 5 million, barring some substantial in-game windfall.

3 months later, I'm barely playing at all, so I've got my last 6 million silvers for $60 even. I'd like to take care of this as quickly as possible because I'm going to freeze my account before the next billing cycle. PM if you're interested in buying.

That's all of it folks.
