That would be way too overpowering. This is like fire one shot and wait 10 seconds to reload.

I've always thought that if there was a Dwarven blunderbuss, it would be one of those necessary engineering secrets (sort of like the Gnomish elevator) that can never make itself known due to circumstantial mediums, umm, i.e.: Dwarves wouldn't really own handguns without enough continuous misuse that they'd backfire into oblivion before they could become hand-me-downs. Or something like that.

It should require 45 seconds of roundtime and a maneuver roll to reload under pressure, and a failure rate akin to casting Major Elemental spells in chain mail.

lol. Which comedian said they needed to introduce the musket to the ghettos, yo, so that shooting sprees would slow down in-between reloading time?
