Quoting someone on Fark: "Nahhh. He's just evolved."

He was the ideal science visionary...inventing the concept of geosynchronous satellites and writing kick ass Sci-Fi to keep the kids dreaming. I just watched 2001 in HD for the first time ever...that movie will stand the test of time until we match it with real technology. Hopefully that first spacestation will be named the Clarke.

^= Stanley Kubrick.

Clarke is still a visionary though.

Stanley Kubrick may have produced the movie, but Arthur C. Clarke wrote the book.

SK + ACC = Win

Both were visionaries and will never be forgotten.

Lmingrone is cool, because he lives like half a minute from my place of residence, and is going to hook my minivan up with vinyl wood siding.

In other news, R.I.P. Arthur Clarke.

In other news, ESPN was just talking about Stanley Burrell. Hook me up if you make it to the NBA, K?

I thought Clarke died like 20 years ago. Seriously.

I’ll bet he and Carl Seagan are having one heck of a conversation about now...

RIP Clarke.
