where can I buy a set of darts?

you can get a set of darts from a wagon on FWI. it's on the path to the north before you get the the Mist Harbor Inn steps. I think they're 15k.

You can fletch darts, but not the ones for use with the Dartboard game system.

FWI = Four Winds Isle, premium only access.

You can also buy darts in the backroom of Helgreth's Tavern, but not as pretty. They're only customizable by color.
