Most weightless items are only single tier, meaning they will only hold the first tier of items weightless and not stuff in containers in containers such as loot in locked boxes. Multi-tiered will hold everything including boxes and such.

It's not a normal lockpick, it's a specially scripted item. The npc locksmith doesn't recognize it as a lockpick.

Why would you even bother offering 2m and 3m for items that are obviously worth more?

Because you do not include prices in your sales - you simply accept 'offers'. I simply low bidded what I felt would be a 'low bid' for these items. Obviously the idea of an exploratory bid is lost on you. The blood pendant is easily substitutable either by COL signs, herbs, or even buying a mage rechargeable item with heal in it (I know because I have a tiara with 1101 in it somewhere in my locker(s)). The concealing crystal has no mechanical benefit whatsoever - its a fluff item ergo not anywhere near IMO what you're asking for it. Hence why my character will still play just fine without it or the pendant.

The only purpose of bidding/asking was because I considered them 'novel' and had possibilty of forming some RP around. Thanks again for demonstrating that you're sucking most of the 'benefit' or novelty out of the game by soaking up these items and then pawning them back off for overinflated prices. You remind me of the hold'em player who gets a decent stack and starts buying all the hands. Except this game has no buy in and I have nothing at stake to not pick up and play at another table. ;)

The funny thing was I went against my better judgement and contacted you regarding the items because I considered them interesting enough to be included in my character's RP. But not interesting enough to offer what you're looking for, in any ridiculous possibility.

I'm pretty sure I have explained this before.. There are no set prices because lots of factors can cause the price to change depending on the person.. Personal history, past deals, reputation, type of offer coins/cash/trade, etc.. If I put a set price then I would be offering the same price to everyone.. Why should I offer the same price to someone I have never dealt with before compared to someone who has done tons of great business? Or someone who bashes me on the boards every chance they get compared to someone who has stood up for me. I should and will always give better deals to people who have already proven themselves reliable by being a good buyer/seller and earned a discount compared to someone I have never dealt with. Simple as that.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but Tsin is actually coming off as awesome in my book, recently. Sure, he wont post prices, but if you had items that you could easily fetch 15-50m more on simply by allowing people to throw you offers, wouldn't you take it? He's doing the smart thing here, and giving the bidder the chance to overextend to get an item. More money for him, same quality item for you. Ok lots of questions about the weightless so i'll try and explain it as best as I can..

First tier means when you look inside, everything you SEE inside will become weightless when the pouch is closed. If there is a container inside at the time, only the actual containers weight will be weightless but not the things inside.

If you fill it with 250 lbs worth of heavy quartz orbs, the entire thing would be weightless because there are no filled containers inside.

When it comes to locked boxes, only about HALF the weight of an average box is weightless. An average locked box weighs 25-30 lbs and an average empty box weighs 10-15 lbs. So the 10-15 lbs from the actual box is weightless and the other 15 lbs of loot inside is not.

So if you filled it with 250 lbs of locked boxes, an average of about 10 boxes, 100-150 lbs of that would be weightless.

No the coin hand can't be stolen.. Also when you rub it you can choose to attune it to yourself so only you can open it or you can leave it unattuned so anyone can open it. Most people have them attuned so even if you did lose it somehow nobody else could open it.

I believe it is only when you cast it or imbed it that it will drain charges. If someone knows different please correct me.

You have a chance to lose a charge when one of "3" things are done to it.

1 - You GET it. (or other verb that does the same thing)
2 - You PUT it. (or other verb that does the same thing)
3 - While wearing it, every 1 minute a CHANCE to lose a charge occurs. The CHANCE is very minimal.

So the advise I always give people and there always to dumb to understand is... Wear it if you need it, if you don't put it away. Not that hard to understand, but yet for some reason it is.

I think that's only true for enhancives with a passive ability that is active all the time like mana or spirit recovery.. For instance the brooch ONLY has the spell knowledge so it will only drain a charge if you use the spell. I am positive that it only drains charges when you use or imbed the spell for the brooch, not sure on the staff cause I just got it.

I've worked with enhancive knowledge items and imbedding. It looks like every use of the imbed function taxes the item. I made a TON of rods with one and it crumbled after an imbed some hours into the project. It was later restored, auction quality items should not crumble, but there definitely is a drain per imbed, or a very high change for a drain per imbed.

I think that's only true for enhancives with a passive ability that is active all the time like mana or spirit recovery.. For instance the brooch ONLY has the spell knowledge so it will only drain a charge if you use the spell. I am positive that it only drains charges when you use or imbed the spell for the brooch, not sure on the staff cause I just got it.

The spell is in fact the "passive" ability as you call it. While I have never had the chance to play with the "spell enhancives" the base line code remains the same. So you could actually say this particular item adds a fourth chance, although without holding it and playing with it for a few hours I have no idea.

As I told the lovely hawker of high end items in a private message reponse, you can believe me or not, but last I checked I'm one of the few people that actually know about enhancives and there inner workings. I can care less, but don't bitch when you don't know why something isn't working with them.

Catnip. I don't know who has it or if it's even IG anymore. Was 3x, no MIU.

Most people don't realize how much better items are that DO require MIU.. The old ones that were no MIU like the catnip would only last 20 minutes.. Now durations can last easily over an hour based on MIU ranks.
