Xferring from Zone to Play.net

Anyone know how to do it? I've been trying to use the character import thing but it keeps failing. Should I make some phone calls or write some email? I don't know who to contact specifically, MSN or Simu.

Tell me what steps you're taking I didn't have any problems getting a character from the zone to my play.net account. U2U or IM me if you want.

Hmm..when I transfered my character, I just made a play.net account and asked simu to transfer my character. If I remember correctly, I wrote to access@play.net (might not be the correct address, check the website to be exact) giving them my character's name and pin number.

If they don't transfer your character themselves, they'll give you directions on how to do it.
