Here is a rich-text document that Kelood wrote up for me a long time ago when I first started learning to script.
It has the basic syntax of each command and how to use them.
Keep in mind that this only pertains to scripting with the Wizard FE, not eScape. eScape is a bit more flexible, but also a bit more challenging. I have no documentation on the eScape scripting.
To properly view this document you will need to open it in an editor or viewer that understand rich-text coding. Windows comes built-in with one called Wordpad (not Notepad) and I believe Microsoft Word reads it as well.
