Viable empty hand voln warrior?

Is it possible to build a viable fully empty handed voln fu warrior prior to level 20 or 30?

I envision going for redux and chain as soon as possible, and using dual claws, yierkas, sais, or paingrips on non-fuables.

If so, could someone post a grocery list of best stats and training plan?

Obviously I'll end up tweaking it to my liking, but a cookie cutter to start from would be great.

Why waste time going empty handed to 30 if you're going to go dual weapon afterwards?

well I want to use both hands empty for voln fu..if possible, and flaring sai or other brawl weapons for normal fights.

I was envisioning plucking eyeballs, like a lot of rangers do, and since I wont have access to mobility I'll compensate with extra CM/DODGE.

But I'll go with whatever advice you guys think works best.

It's going to be tough going before 20. You're going to have crap armor, crap redux, and crap maneuvers. I would definitely use a weapon early on and phase it out later if you want to be barehanded.

Also, chain falls under crap armor. MBP is so far ahead of everything else it's ridiculous.

why not just use a shield for your fu? it doesn't effect your kick really.
