I was going through my locker manifest and found a page for Mist Harbor? Anyone mind telling me what and where that is?

Four Winds Isle or Frostacres. They changed the name of the TOWN to Mist Harbor. It is the premium area.

It's a magical vacation-land where you pay a lot of money for "fun."

So in other words, Mist Harbor is the Elanthian equivalent of Disneyland.

Along those same lines, Solhaven is Elanthia's New Jersey.

Then the character Bacl is also known as a Solhaven..wall.
