Broken Stormfront

My stormfront will not let me play on one of my characters. It works for all the rest, and I can play that character with wizard.

Could someone tell me how to trouble shoot this.

What do you mean it won't let you play? What does it do... or doesn't do?

Psinet connects
connects to game
connects to game server
starts uploading settings
and then freezes

All my other characters can play fine through SF. And this character plays fine on Wizard, but absolutely nothing on SF.

Does it work if you have PsiNet disabled?

Not sure where your character is, by try moving it to another location while using the wizard and then back into SF and see if that makes a difference. Sometimes some locations bug characters for some strange reason.

Exact same thing happened to me with every single new character I created.

Mine has something to do with trying to save my settings to the server rather than local and it was crashing like mad.

Go to settings/options/location and switch all to local and see if it makes a difference.

He can't get in to change ANYTHING.

I just went through this, and seeing as the SIMU Tech Help was BS and a waste of time, I hope the advice I just gave him works.

Log in with the game with launcher.exe through the website and you should be able to get in without psinet. Then change the settings and log in how you normally would. That's what I have to do with every new character I start.
