Weird bow

I bought a ruic composite bow which the AI crystal said was crit weighted. A bard confirmed it inflicted "more fearsome wounds." Ruic isn't naturally sighted so I figured it was special somehow (I have a bow with the exact same description that lacks the weighting message.) Same enchant though. Anyone on here who could assess it for me?
