I've been paying $40 per month for a premium account, and I don't think I've played more 10 hours in the last four years... Time to just walk away, I think.

The shop mentioned above is in the first room of the shop area of Solhaven. It has custom room names. Currently for sale in the shop (besides more random crap) are a few Naelia gowns, amulet holders, ring necklaces... You can go take a peek if you like, I just told you where it is. :P
