View Full Version : Doom Lord Kazzak - Dumbest boss fight ever

Worst boss fight ever. How dumb is it that ONE member of the opposing faction can essentially get naked and wipe an entire 20-25 man raid so easily?
I will say though.. it turned out to be one hell of a night for world pvp.

Hehe, I was waiting for the QQ thread on the Dunemaul forums today from TEH OLD KNIGHTZ!!!11
I think the funniest thing was that my corpse was right there on the ramp leading up to Kazzak, they had to see it and know I was just waiting to rez right under him again and they'd pull anyway.

Yea.. it really was fun to turn the tables on an alliance guild. And the best part was that The Old Knights were dumb enough to try it what.. 4 times? 3 Horde wiped you the first time, the second time, the third time.. and you see them flying there still. What was guild chat? "Ok, we almost had it that time.. let's give it another go!"

I was under the impression that most griefers were 12 year old kids. Who knew they were middle aged men.

I think the only people who are bothered by non pvp servers are griefers. Really tears me up inside.

When I was in Death & Taxes, back with some of the old-big guilds, when Kazzak first came out, we had days of battles over the world bosses. It was one of my favorite parts of the game.
We had 2 whole raids, not fighting Kazzak, who would deal with the horde and other alliance.

Translation: I like to roleplay in a graphical game without having to worry about the opposing faction. Emoting is fun!
What color skirt are you wearing today, Nancy?

I love to PvE
But I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't gank someone, I'd get bored and probably quit

Oh why we are on topic with world bosses
I know they are changing all there drosp to BoE, will that effect items we've gotten from them already? or will they remain soulbound
If you haven't worn them they might change. But if not just get a gm to help.
I never minded the Alliance coming to mess up your world boss we did tons of them and sometimes we won sometimes we lost and it was always felt great. What I hated was some 12 year old from your own fraction doing it. Lovely Hitstick. I so wanted to be able to grief our own fraction over him. He wiped TE like 5 times one night on Kazzak. But we got alliance to come gank him heheheh.

Eh, I?d get bored of waiting around, although the fucking up of someone?s DW attempt could be funny. If they bring a good enough size raid though, not sure how easily just 2 or 3 people can cause a wipe, he?s tauntable and repositionable, and the fight takes a whole 4 minutes to complete with 20 competent people.

This ain't about Doomwalker, it's Kazzak. A couple people dying to him and he gains a shit ton of health.

Yeah kazzak is the lame
We would attempt him, and some ally would come up naked, die, and wipe the raid, was fucking stupid shit

They need to change the encounter so that when the boss is tagged only a death from someone in the raid will give him the health boost. Sure you still have to deal with some pvp ganking of healers but that still leaves a fighting chance, the naked suicide act is played out.

Yea. I have zero interest in even attempting that guy until it's changed like that. It's completely stupid currently.. even though I had a blast returning the favor to an Alliance raid trying to down him a few hours later :)
