TEACH ME HOW!

1. go to magic shop in caravansary (landing) or alchemist, etc... place where they sell wands etc... buy paintbrush, vial of rune ink, cup, runestone.

2. type rune common to get a list of common demonic runes... the ones that end in 'tyr are meant for stones... 'fyr or something like that are meant for scrolls, the others listed... dont know yet...

3. dip brush in vial

4. DRAW [rune name] on runestone with brush

5. look rune to see if it worked

6. prep 725

7. cast runestone

note: smooth stones can be used for runestones as well... and bought in the backroom of the general store so I've heard.

note1: cup is used to wash/clean the brush after several uses... still working on that so I dont know the syntax yet.

note2: runestone's last about 2 summonings before they crumble, or at least thats my experience.

note3: over 50 ranks in demonic summoning will increase your chances of success.

note4: demons will aid in catching thieves, but their perception is based upon the owner/sorcerer... if the sorcerer sees the thief and grabs his wrist, so does the demon, which in turn mangles the wrist, sometimes causes stun, and also automatically diseases the theif.

note5: random common demons are produced upon casting at the runestone as far as I can tell, still experimenting with that though. You can also be taught some of the higher level runes to produce higher level demons that can hold extra mana and do other fun stuff.

note6: typing rune will give you the master rune menu.

note7: demons make familiars, companions, and spirits look rather bland if you ask me...

draw grik'tyr on my runestone

What rune do you want to draw?

Every time i try to draw a different rune it asks me which rune i want to draw. Anyone help?

Try "grik'tyr rune"

figured it out, had to be 'draw grik rune on my runestone with my brush'
